Access Management to launch Emergency Notification System to all HOA and COA properties


Atlanta-based property Management firm Access Management Group recently tested and completed a successful emergency phone and texting system that notifies residents of severe weather conditions.

The recent test results showed that all homeowners of Access Management’s test condominium community were notified by phone or text of an impending weather emergency within 20 minutes.  During times when HOA and COA members need to be contacted immediately, this delivery method proved to be the fastest and most reliable way to reach all residents in a matter of minutes. Access Management Group is planning to deploy this emergency notification system for all of its 200-plus HOA and COA properties.

Communication with homeowners is important to Access Management Group. This service will be an effective means of communicating with HOA and COA members when other methods are not fast enough or sufficiently reliable.
